William and Sarah Simmons. She may have been living with them or just visiting on the day of the census.
1901 census she was recorded as Officer (Mother) working in a childrens home in Bethnal Green, London.
No info after that except a record of her sailing for New York on 26th. May 1934 aboard Carinthia.
