Robert Frederick Maynard
Robert (my father) was born in 1908 and both his parents died when he was quite young (about 1919).
He married my mother Florence May Washburn in August 1934 at St. Paul's Church, Woodgreen, Wednesbury
This is a picture of my mother (Florence May Washburn). I would guess she was about 18 at the time. Also a picture of mother and father on their wedding day and then with first 2 children (me and sister Jean) taken around 1939.

There was an additional child Patricia Rose born around 1939 who only lived a few weeks
Sadly our mother died in 1963 aged 50 leaving 3 young sons with no mother.
